By accessing or using Orvoq, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization where applicable.

Orvoq is a collaborative AI platform that enables people, AI models, and AI agents to work together. Features may include:

• Collaborative workspaces
• AI model integrations
• AI agents
• SDKs
• Remote APIs
• Managed runtimes
• Session history
• Artifacts
• Team collaboration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Managing workspace members
• Protecting credentials and API keys
• Activities performed under your account

Orvoq integrates with third-party AI providers. Model availability, pricing, capabilities, latency, and outputs are controlled by those providers. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.

Customers may create, configure, deploy, and operate AI agents. Customers are responsible for:

• Agent instructions
• Tool permissions
• Connected knowledge
• External integrations
• Agent actions and outputs
• Compliance with applicable laws

Orvoq supports approvals, reviews, and intervention workflows. Customers determine when human review is required before AI actions or decisions.

You may build applications using Orvoq SDKs and APIs. You may not:

• Abuse rate limits
• Circumvent security controls
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform availability
• Reverse engineer except where permitted by law

APIs and SDKs may evolve over time.

You retain ownership of all customer content including:

• Prompts
• Messages
• Files
• Documents
• Knowledge
• Session history
• Artifacts
• AI-generated outputs

You grant Orvoq only the rights necessary to provide the Service.

You may not:

• Violate laws
• Upload malware
• Abuse AI providers
• Infringe intellectual property
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Generate malicious content
• Use the Service for fraud or harmful activity

We treat customer content as confidential and implement reasonable safeguards to protect it.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data.

Orvoq may provide certain features or services on a early access or pre-release basis. Beta features may contain errors, defects, or limitations and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes and may not be available continuously or become part of the generally available version of the service.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Taxes may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Except for Customer Content, all intellectual property rights in Orvoq, its software, SDKs, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and branding belong to Orvoq, Inc.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or threats to platform security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvoq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
