Setting up your first scheduled Run

From Runs → + New Trigger, choose Schedule, set a cron-style recurrence (“every day at 8am”), assign an agent and an owner, and set an escalation policy for anything that needs approval while nobody's watching.

A Trigger creates a real session each time it fires — the same session type as any other, just started automatically instead of by a person.
